We stand behind the quality of Baba Glass products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Because orders are confirmed through direct enquiry, return and refund eligibility may depend on the terms agreed at the time of your order.
Eligible returns
Returns may be accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or damage in transit reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging where possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-returnable items
We generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or products without original tags or packaging where applicable.
Custom, bulk, or specially agreed orders may have different return terms as stated in your order confirmation.
Return process

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment or collection. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable, within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Exchanges may be offered for the same or equivalent product subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered as agreed.
Bulk and dealer orders
Return and refund terms for bulk, wholesale, or dealership orders are confirmed separately at the time of agreement and may differ from retail enquiry orders.
